Before Matt Preston became a Master Chef star he was a respected reviewer in The Age Epicure. He came in one day to have a look at what we were doing and to taste some of our cooking.
I am happy to say that he liked what he saw and what he tasted. Often we work in isolation, doing our thing day to day. It is really gratifying to have somebody like Matt come in and appreciate our work.

My sister Nathalie is a design lush. She loves nothing more than flipping through Vogue Living in her quiet moments. I don’t think I have ever seen her more amazed than when I told her we were doing an interview. The truth of the matter is that she didn’t believe me (so much for trust).
